Pricing Structure & Qualifications

• Little Miss (Ages 8–12) – $20
  A & B Honor Students

• Teen (Ages 13–18) – $50
  A & B Honor Students, NO children

• Miss (Ages 19–30) – $75
  Good Character, Single, NO children

• Ms. (Ages 31–50) – $100
  Good Character, Single, Married, Divorced, Widow, with or without children

• Golden Ms. (Ages 51 & up) – $125
  Same criteria as Ms.

Pageant Segments

• Little Miss – Evening Gown, Talent, Intellectual Questionnaire

• Teen, Miss, Ms., Golden Ms. – Evening Gown, Talent, Cultural Representation, Platform & Intellectual Questionnaire

Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)

• Eligibility Verification: Contestants must provide proof of age and birth identity.

• Judging Criteria: Focus on intellect, poise, talent, cultural representation, platform, evening gown, and community involvement.

• Training Workshops: Pre-pageant workshops offered on public speaking and personal branding.

Requirements

• Must sign General Release & Indemnification and Confidentiality Agreement forms.

• Must sell at least 12 tickets at $25 each (or pay $300 for pageant expenses).

• Must send a headshot and evening gown photo for the official magazine.

• Must provide:

  • Entry Cocktail Dress (chosen style will be provided)

  • Evening Gown for competition

  • Talent Outfit (respectable music, song, or dance)

Confidentiality

The undersigned applicant/participant agrees that all information learned about, received from, or created for, the Crest and Crown Pageant during your participation in the Crest and Crown Pageant, whether verbal or in writing, (hereafter, “confidential information”) shall be held strictly confidential and shall not be shared with any other party. Confidential information shall include, but is not limited to, all data, business records and plans, financial statements, customer lists and records, trade secrets, technical information, products, product design information, pricing structure, copyrights, and other intellectual property, written and electronic communications including: emails, materials, products, technology, computer programs, specifications, manuals, business plans, other documents, software, marketing plans, financial information, photos, images, videotapes, audiotapes, and other proprietary information disclosed or submitted, orally, in writing or by any other means, to an applicant/participant by the Crest and Crown Pageant.

The undersigned further agrees that she shall not receive any information about, or created for, the Crest and Crown Pageant during her participation in the Crest and Crown Pageant until the applicant has delivered this Confidentiality Agreement to Crest and Crown, Inc. Pageant.

The undersigned further agrees that should she breach this Confidentiality Agreement, in whole or in part, Crest and Crown Pageant shall be entitled to seek all appropriate relief, including monetary and injunctive relief, and the undersigned agrees to be personally liable for all reasonable attorney’s fees and costs incurred by the Crest and Crown Pageant with the enforcement of this Confidentiality Agreement.
